2024’s fundraising started on the 27th of January at Matlock Town FC.
Following the week of the anniversary of Jordan’s passing, Matlock Town FC remembered their former player with a minute’s applause, which was held before the match, and the Matlock team had a team photo with players holding a T-shirt with the words ‘Do it for Jordan’ and a picture of Jordan printed on to it. The Matlock fans sang ‘There’s only one Jordan Sinnott’ throughout the minute’s applause. Lovely tributes to Jordan show how special he still is to the club.
Our Trustee, Chloe Crooks, was there on the day alongside volunteer Catherine Wilson, with collection buckets, collecting donations from supporters from both sides.
The grand total was £301.47!
